     The mission of Las Vegas Community Acupuncture is to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, safe, and well informed. Each patient is evaluated and treated as an individual and encouraged to share their experience with others in hopes of creating a healthier Las Vegas Community, one person at a time.

     While Dr. Amy DePry treats a variety of conditions, she is the only Acupuncturist in the state of Nevada to have earned a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree (DAOM) with a specialty in Reproductive Health. This Doctorate Degree requires two additional years of intensive research and study in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Sciences as they apply to Reproductive Health. Dr. DePry is also the only Acupuncturist in the state of Nevada who has earned the prestigious Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM) title and is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Dr. DePry is highly qualified to treat a variety of reproductive health care concerns including gynecological issues, fertility, prenatal and perinatal health conditions.      Dr. Amy DePry is an Oriental Medicine Doctor in the state of Nevada (OMD), a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California (LAc), and is a Nationally Board Certified Diplomat in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).  This includes certifications in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, as well as certification in Clean Needle Technique and four National Board Examinations (Foundations of Oriental Medicine board exam, Western Biomedicine board exam, Acupuncture with point location board exam and a Chinese Herbal Medicine board exam).

     Dr. Amy DePry received her Master's of Science Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from the reputable Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. The program included training in both Western and Eastern medical practices, which allows her to provide a seamlessly integrated approach to healthcare. Continuing to advance her education and staying up to date on novel research is important to Amy. 

     During her four year Master's program, Dr. DePry received graduate intensive clinical training from the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Beijing Massage Hospital in 2011. She has also completed internships at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Clinic, the Hematology/Oncology and Chronic Pain Departments at the Rady’s Children's Hospital in San Diego, the Seniors Clinic at First Lutheran Church in Downtown San Diego, the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Community Clinic, and the RIMAC Sports Training Center at University of California San Diego. 

     In addition, her extensive educational training in Physical Therapy and her experience as a personal trainer has given her a strong interest and specialized training in pain relief. 
She has an unwavering commitment to the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine and values physical, emotional and spiritual health.

     In her spare time, Dr. Amy DePry enjoys camping and hiking, going to live music shows, finding new places to eat, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and beloved Boxer-Beagle mix, Layla-Roo.
